REFUND & RETURN POLICY
At Nouvelle Manchester, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
Please note that we do not offer free returns. Any costs associated with returning an item are the responsibility of the customer.
RETURNS
CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
Yes. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 10 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
• A return request must be submitted within 10 days of delivery.
• Returned items must be shipped back within 30 days of receiving the order.
• Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
• All original tags, packaging, accessories, and included components must be returned.
• Items must not show signs of use, damage, washing, or improper handling.
• Products subject to hygiene requirements must be returned clean and unused.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Nouvelle Manchester reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with these requirements.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To assist with your claim, please provide clear photographs showing the issue. Once reviewed and verified, we will offer an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
If your return meets the above requirements, please contact us by email:

Please include:
• Your order number
• Full name
• Shipping address
• Reason for return
• Photos of the item (if damaged or defective)
Once your request has been approved, we will provide the correct return address.
IMPORTANT:
Please do not send products back to the sender address shown on the package. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their goods without providing a reason.
Because orders are processed shortly after being placed, cancellation is not possible once shipment preparation has begun.
If your order has already been dispatched, please wait until delivery and then submit a return request.
Your right of withdrawal is considered exercised once:
• You notify us of your decision to return the goods.
• The returned products are received by us.
Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
REFUNDS
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved:
• Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receiving the returned goods.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
RETURN ADDRESS
Approved returns must be sent to our international fulfilment centre at the customer's expense.
The exact return address will be provided after your return request has been approved.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
• Nouvelle Manchester is not responsible for lost return parcels.
• We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as proof of delivery may be required to process a refund.
• Returns that do not comply with this policy may be refused.
• This policy does not affect any statutory rights granted under applicable UK consumer law.
